Kumyang is a company that operates globally in the fields of foam materials and battery products. It developed the 4695 cylindrical battery with the world's highest energy density for the first time in South Korea and holds 33 patents (8 registered, 14 pending, and 11 in progress). By using 100% Ultra Hi-Ni (95%) single crystal NCMA cathode material, it has achieved high energy density and excellent thermal stability suitable for long-distance travel. Additionally, it features rapid charging technology through the application of Pure Silicon anode material, a long lifespan design, and high price competitiveness due to low indirect costs. Its applications are wide-ranging, including EVs, power tools, UPS, ESS, electric bicycles, and scooters, and its introduction in the global market is progressing.
